Structure of Fees and Charges:
Each programme is tailored to the specific needs of the Client Organisation and this is reflected in the proposed fees and charges that are included as part of the initial proposal. Coaching fees are based on a fixed hourly rate so total cost would take account of the number of Board Members to be involved within the programme; the length and frequency of coaching sessions and the number of additional meetings to be attended; whether support was being made available between sessions; and any travel arrangements. To ensure complete transparency all fees and charges will be itemised then combined into a fixed price for the contract so that all outgoings are clear and a payment schedule can be agreed prior to the start of the programme.
