Next Steps for New Clients:

A significant commitment is required for this type of support to produce long-term benefits so it is important to get the explicit buy-in of all those who will be involved.  Following an expression of interest there will be a preliminary meeting to establish the scale and scope of the programme.  This will be followed up with a detailed written proposal outlining the actions and timeline, the degree of commitment required from each of the Board Members or Trustees, and a breakdown of the costs.  The Proposal will also include a Confidentiality Agreement. This document can be circulated and discussed by the Board so that it can be formally agreed.  

​In the light of the speculative nature of these discussions, there would be no charge for the development of the initial proposal.
