Relationship Coaching Programmes:
An important indicator of the success of any coaching programme is the ability of the participants to develop the necessary level of trust. This allows people to be truly authentic and to voice their doubts and fears as well as their hopes and ambitions to their colleagues or partners. The depth of any discussions will be dependent on our ability to achieve a sufficient degree of trust. This may be a reflection of the time we spend together, so this would be considered when developing a customised programme. While every programme is unique, here are some examples:
Single Strategic Session:
This would be a single intense session with a particular focus. This would be useful where the issue to be addressed can be defined and the required outcome is known in advance.
Daily Intensives:
There would be frequent regular contacts for a brief period of a week or two. While this does not allow much time for reflection between sessions, it does provide the opportunity for developing a particularly strong dynamic energy that can be used to overcome specific obstacles within strict timelines.
Development Programme:
Where the objective is to review at depth and make more fundamental changes, it might be more helpful to have a series of sessions spread over a longer period. This provides the opportunity between meetings to work through new ways of being that can then be reviewed in later sessions. Typically these might be weekly or monthly sessions organised in blocks of 6 or 12. Working together in this way helps to develop a deep level of trust and allows a wider ranging exploration of the nature of the relationship.
