Personalised Coaching Programmes:

​Coaching needs to be structured to meet your specific needs and circumstance so there is total flexibility in the design of your personalised programme.   The examples below illustrate the different forms this model of Coaching can take while retaining the core principles.

Strategic Focussed Interventions: 
This single session is designed to address a particular issue.  By considering the personal and professional drivers and barriers that are impacting on a given situation the aim is to clarify the true nature of the desired outcome and identify the best way to achieve it.  

7 & 14 Day Intensives: 
The meetings take place daily, or every other day, over a period of one or two weeks.  Their frequency creates a head of steam that allows creative understanding to build rapidly so that a situation can be unpicked and the true significance of the circumstances can be properly evaluated.  This would be particularly suited to a complex situation whose required resolution has significant implications for you or your organisation.

Performance Improvement Programme:
These centre around blocks of 6-10 weekly meetings and are solution-focussed.  Outcomes are agreed at the outset and detailed actions identified at each step of the way so that a clear direction is maintained throughout the process. This format would suit someone who wishes to make a step change in their performance, perhaps because they are new to their post or facing fresh challenges in their current role.

Personal Development Programmes: 
Meeting every month allows for longer periods of reflection on what is discussed and the opportunity to try out different approaches.   Typically this would be a 6 or 12 month programme and is aimed at people who wish to consider the bigger picture with a view to making possibly wide-ranging changes in their lives .

All of these processes can be repeated, with each cycle building upon the last to create a deeper understanding of your personal narrative and how it continues to impact on your life and the lives of those around you.
