Structure of Fees and Charges:
This is a unique relationship that will be structured around the changing needs of the organisation as the crisis progresses and is then brought to a conclusion. A schedule will be agreed at the outset, though naturally it may need to be flexed as the situation evolves.
The support consists of different elements. There will be a programme of face to face meetings that will be scheduled to fit around the plan for managing the crisis. Remote access by telephone or email will be available throughout the period with agreed response times. Time will also be allowed for document reviews and consideration of other correspondence or media reports. Finally it is recognised that ad-hoc meetings may be needed as the crisis unfolds. This may also be the case where particular staff are under acute pressure and need some form of personal support.
It is important that the Contracting process is transparent and so the financial implications of all forms of contact will be made clear at the start so that an appropriate support package can be agreed in advance.
